In the heart of the city of indore, Café @ BLU is a chic and soulful all-day European café — a passion project of Ms. Aarti Sanghi, born from years of travel, inspiration, and culinary love across the continent !! The café offers free Wi-Fi Internet access too !!

Each dish is curated with authenticity and care — from classic European flavours to creative seasonal specials, made using premium ingredients and plated beautifully every time !!

Café @ BLU offers a wide variety of delicious pure vegetarian food including appetisers, salads, soups, Italian thin-crust pizzas, pastas, risottos, and paninis, Swiss Rösti (Roesti) and fondues, wraps, quesadillas, bagels, and of course, irresistible desserts like Belgian waffles, brownies, mint fudge, and their signature New York-style cheesecakes !!

Burmese Khao Suey, Grilled Asparagus with Lemon & Parmesan, Avocado Salad, Lebanese Falafel with Pita & Hummus, and other gourmet specialities also appear on the menu from time to time and on request !!

The beverage menu features Italian-style coffees, a wide variety of Indian & Sri Lankan teas, hot chocolate, milkshakes, smoothies, iced cappuccinos, mochachillo, affogato, frozen toffee loco, house-made sodas, and more !!

Right next door is their own premium ice cream parlour — Artisinal Cremalato — serving freshly churned, low-fat, eggless Italian ice creams made with pure milk, cream, and real ingredients in dozens of indulgent flavours !!

Café @ BLU is open for lunch and dinner daily (last order at 8:00 PM), and also hosts curated lunches for small private groups !!

You also have the option of take-away or ordering deliveries (via third-party platforms) for most foods, desserts, and selected beverages !!
